These St. Patrick’s Day cupcakes have a fluffy chocolate cake as the base, a dreamy Baileys buttercream frosting, a sprinkle of chocolate curls, and green clovers to top them off!
To make the curls: use a vegetable peeler and chocolate bar
To make the clovers: Pour green candy melts or colored white chocolate into a silicone mold (mine is by @wiltoncakes)

St. Patrick’s day cookies but keeping them cute and classy
The recipe for these sparkle sugar cookies by @sallysbakeblog is absolutely delicious and super easy to make festive by swapping out the color of the sugar you roll them in and using fun designs on top! I used Ghirardellhi melting wafers and an @wiltoncakes silicone mold to make the clovers

I used it to fill strawberry cupcakes and it would also be so incredible as a cake filling, to top cheesecakes, even on toast or waffles!

These brownies are my favorite recipe by @bakerbynature with M&Ms added in addition to the chocolate chips. I also chilled the batter overnight which resulted in them being even more rich and fudgy!

A delicious, fun, and festive appetizer to make for a Super Bowl watch party is a classic layer dip but with a twist! I made a spiderweb design dip for Halloween and was inspired to make one football-themed!
To make it:
Start with a layer of refried beans (1 can)
Mix 1 cup of sour cream with ¾ teaspoon chili powder, ½ teaspoon cumin, and a pinch of salt and add that as your next layer
Add salsa of your choice (the less watery the better)
Sprinkle with shredded cheese
Spread a layer of guacamole (I buy premade from Whole Foods to save time)
Use a piping bag to draw and fill in the football shape and lightly drag the edge of a spatula or knife to smooth it out
Use another piping bag filled with sour cream to add the stitching detail to the football and create the sidelines
Garnish the edges with more cheese, chopped tomatoes, olives, and chopped scallions
I recommend making this the day of to prevent it from turning brown or getting watery

These are a copycat recipe for Crumbl’s circus animal sugar cookies by @chahinez_tbt . Thick, soft, and so delicious with vanilla and almond extract. The crunch from the crisp Mother’s cookies on top is perfection paired with the soft cookie base.
Turn them into festive cookies for Valentine’s Day by piping a white chocolate heart, adding pretty pink nonpareils, and decorating with Mother’s puppy love X’s and O’s frosted animal cookies
